01Who can use Flowsight AI

To use Flowsight AI you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date;
• use it for your own finances, or for statements you’re authorised to access.

Accounts are for one person. Please don’t share your sign-in.

02Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away at support@flowsightai.tech.

03What Flowsight AI does

Flowsight AI reads the PDF statements you give it, sorts the transactions into categories, charts them, and offers AI-generated takeaways. It never connects to your bank and can’t move money.

Reading statements and categorising transactions is automatic, and automation makes mistakes: a bank may change its statement layout, a merchant may be misread, or a category may be guessed wrong. Totals and charts are only as accurate as what could be read from your statement, so check figures against your original statement before relying on them.

04Not financial advice

Takeaways and insights in Flowsight AI are general information generated automatically from your data. They aren’t personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and FD Labs isn’t a licensed financial adviser. Decisions you make with Flowsight AI’s help are your own; for advice about your situation, speak to a qualified professional.

05Your data

Your statements and transactions belong to you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run Flowsight AI for you — for example, to categorise merchants, generate takeaways, or save your transactions if you choose to. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Categories the AI works out for a merchant name are kept in a shared list, with nothing linking them to you, so categorisation improves for everyone.

06Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• upload statements you’re not entitled to access;
• try to reach other people’s accounts or data, or get around our security or usage limits;
• disrupt or overload the service, or use automated tools to access it at scale;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer Flowsight AI, except where the law allows it;
• use Flowsight AI for anything unlawful, including fraud or money laundering.

07Plans and payment

Using Flowsight AI requires a paid plan, chosen right after you create your account. Our plans — monthly, yearly and lifetime — are listed on our pricing page.

• Before you pay, we’ll show you the price, what’s included, and how billing and refunds work.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for Flowsight AI’s features for as long as we operate the service.
• If we change a price, it applies from your next billing period, and we’ll tell you in advance.

08An early product

Flowsight AI is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If you keep your transactions on your device only, they exist nowhere else: clearing your browser data deletes them, and we can’t recover them. Keep your original statements.

09Closing an account

You can stop using Flowsight AI at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing support@flowsightai.tech. Closing it deletes your account details and any transactions saved to Flowsight.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. Where it’s reasonable to, we’ll tell you why first. If we ever shut Flowsight AI down, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

10Liability

We provide Flowsight AI “as is”. To the extent Indonesian law allows, FD Labs isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of Flowsight AI’s categories, charts or takeaways, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Flowsight AI grows. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Flowsight AI after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can close your account.

12Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are fixed fastest that way. Any dispute we can’t resolve together will be settled by the courts of Indonesia.
